• Realty Holdings completed the acquisition of B1 Apartment – Binh Duong Boulevard (Binh Duong province) with a total transaction value of 1,271 billion VND.
• Realty Holdings officially launched its brand in the market and signed a comprehensive strategic partnership agreement with Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp (Phat Dat Corporation, Stock Code: PDR) and a commitment to purchase all products of 02 projects: Thuan An 1 & 2 High-rise Complex Area (Binh Duong province) and Bac Ha Thanh Residential Area (Binh Dinh province); with the total scale of 02 projects up to nearly 8,000 products.
• Realty Holdings signed a comprehensive strategic partnership agreement with 36 prestigious real estate distribution partners across the country.
