In mid-May 2024, Realty Holdings organized its company launch event, positioning itself as a comprehensive provider of real estate business solutions. Realty Holdings officially signed with Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corp (Phat Dat Corporation) a comprehensive strategic partnership agreement and a commitment to purchase all products of 02 projects: The Thuan An 1 & 2 High-rise Complex Area (Binh Duong province) and The Bac Ha Thanh Urban Area (Binh Dinh province). At the event, Realty Holdings also established a strategic distribution network by officially signing a comprehensive strategic partnership agreement with 36 reputable real estate distribution partners.
In March 2024, Realty Holdings completed the acquisition of all products of B1 Apartment – Binh Duong Boulevard (Binh Duong province), totaling 1,271 billion VND. This is a prominent commercial complex & high-end apartment project in the heart of Thuan An city (Binh Duong province). This acquisition marks a deliberate attempt toward Realty Holdings’ wholesale and retail strategy from 2024 – 2028, emphasizing high-quality products.
